Welcome...Let's be up front about who we are...we review sausages. The only connection we have with the sausage and butchery trade is where we as a family go in to a store or butchers and make a purchase... We like sausages and enjoy eating them as part of our normal diet. (Yes OK not everyday or even everyother day of course, we are fully aware of the reported health implications of consumption of processed meat products, whatever, moving on...) Well, we are searching for THE ONE. That 5 "banger mark" sausage out there that double ticks all the boxes, makes you sit up and say blooming Ada that was good!
